A business built on relationships.
Founded in Iserlohn in 1980, based in Menden since 1994. At its core, the business model has stayed the same ever since: strong ties to German rolling mills and steel processors — and a direct line whenever material has to be moved quickly.
Over four decades, those ties have grown into a profile of our own: today INTEX is one of the first points of contact for industrial companies looking to offload surplus stock. We buy material that would otherwise stay tied up — and find the right buyer in Europe.
Today the second generation runs the company. We buy in Germany and sell across Europe. The goods sit with forwarding partners throughout the country — close to the supplier or the processor, where they logistically belong. That way we stay fast, no matter where the material is needed.
The way we work is simple: listen, respond quickly, deliver reliably. We keep our word — on deadlines just as on prices.
